**Requirements**:
* Education: Currently enrolled in or completed high school.
* Age between 18 and 21 years old.
**Responsibilities**:
PERFORM ROUTINE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS, INCLUDING DATA ENTRY, FILING, MAIL DISTRIBUTION, TELEPHONE SUPPORT, MONITORING INTERNAL CAMERAS OF THE FACILITY, ISSUING AUTHORIZATIONS FOR EXTERNAL PROCEDURES AND SERVICES, AND COMPLYING WITH ESTABLISHED RULES AND PROCEDURES. PERFORM ALL ACTIVITIES WHILE ALIGNING WITH HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL PREMISES.

\- Work location: Bartira Hospital \- Av. Alfredo Maluf 430, Santo André, SP, 09240\-410
\- Work schedule: Monthly workload of 150 hours \- 5 days on, 2 days off
**Available work shifts: morning and afternoon.**
