Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction Job Description Will act as Unit Manager, ensuring delivery of financial results through management of people and pre\-established processes, promoting the company's culture and values. Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for team management: recruitment and selection, feedback, scheduling (creation and management), time tracking, training, development, daily performance monitoring of employees, and offboarding; * Ensure that the team complies with regulations, guidelines, operational procedures, and internal policies; * Conduct periodic alignment meetings with the team to communicate results and promotional initiatives; * Conduct evaluations with new customers; * Execute sales and resales of laser hair removal packages (in\-person/online); * Monitor and deliver all financial and operational results of the unit; * Ensure the company's service standards are upheld in the unit; * Provide excellent service: clarify inquiries, handle contract-related matters, etc.; * Monitor and act upon NPS survey results and related customer follow\-up; * Address incidents and customer inquiries regarding treatment outcomes, providing assistance and clarification; * Establish partnerships and conduct customer prospecting; * Plan and execute action plans for operational indicators: commercial and clinical; * Responsible for proper functioning of equipment and common areas, as well as maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of the unit; * Responsible for administrative tasks of the unit: analysis and submission of reports, incident ticket creation, purchase requests, inventory management, and third\-party management; * Monitor and maintain up\-to\-date documentation required by regulatory authorities. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in sales team management and results delivery; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Skills in in\-person and online sales; * Flexible working hours.
