If you possess solid experience in this segment, strategic business vision, an owner’s mindset, and a desire to develop people and processes in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. This person will be a key interface between executive strategy and daily execution, combining analytical capability for indicator management with commercial leadership to drive market expansion. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and support the continuous technical development of the underwriting team, promoting knowledge exchange and disseminating industry best practices * Guide the team in decision-making on complex risks and in compliance with internal policies * Proactively manage the technical health of the portfolio, conducting analytical studies and proposing adjustments to technical conditions and risk management * Analyze and approve rates and contract terms aligned with underwriting guidelines and authority levels for transportation products * Monitor performance indicators, track forecasts, and implement rapid corrective actions for deviations in production or loss ratios * Develop executive presentations focused on new business, targets, and portfolio performance for leadership * Lead commercial visits and strategic trips for brand development, prospecting, and new partnerships, strengthening relationships with top-tier brokers * Conduct high-impact negotiations and resolve complex issues, ensuring technical alignment with overall area management * Actively participate in defining technical requirements for underwriting systems and tools, supporting the company’s digital transformation journey **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, Logistics, or related fields * Solid track record in the Transportation Insurance market, with consistent experience within an insurance company * In-depth knowledge of all products in the Transportation portfolio (Domestic and International Shippers, Carriers/RCF-DC/RCTR-C) * Experience in technical commercial visits, with strong negotiation skills for engaging major partners and insurance brokers * Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, business modeling, loss tracking, and financial portfolio indicators * Collaborative leadership profile, assertive communication across all levels, and an owner’s mindset **Here, the challenge is real.
