Ready to join us?### **Key Responsibilities** **In this role, you will…** **Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for the following functions:** * Manage a defined geographic set of accounts, focusing on expanding business and identifying high-potential accounts. * Use insights and a consultative sales approach to help customers innovate within their industry and with their own customers; challenge them to modernize and grow their businesses; support them in implementing digital dentistry approaches, Align’s digital platform products and solutions, and refining processes and workflows. * Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the territory. * Create, plan, and execute a sales plan for a defined territory based on understanding each account’s potential, with a focus on maximizing each customer’s potential—considering goals, challenges, and opportunities. * Plan and execute sales strategies to define practical vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth aligned with sales strategies. * Develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels of accounts—including staff, assistants, and doctors—demonstrating practice-focused integrity and trust. * Understand account resources to identify gaps and provide training, technical resources, and support to ensure they are well-equipped to treat patients with appropriate aligner solutions and deliver positive patient outcomes. * Exceed sales objectives and establish correct customer segmentation within your territory. * Manage budgets and accurately enter information into internal systems, while effectively utilizing company work tools in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures. * Collaborate with other sales teams to learn and ensure optimal results for the assigned territory. * Other responsibilities may be assigned or revised according to business evolution and dynamics. ### **Skills, Knowledge & Expertise** **For this role, you need…** * Bachelor’s degree with over 4 years of experience in consultative sales within the medical device, capital equipment, digital, financial, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in dental, orthodontic, or B2B commercial sectors; * Willingness and openness to thoroughly learn the digital dentistry market and strong interest in digital technologies; * Proven track record of successful competitive sales achievements, willingness to tackle challenges and handle objections; * Strong planning and organizational skills, experienced in developing action plans and executing them with excellence; * Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively guide and advise customers and manage KOLs; * Ability and confidence to discuss business topics (ROI, margins, marketing) and explore scenarios to identify customer profiles and propose the most suitable solutions for the moment; * Ability to manage customer expectations and address issues promptly and effectively; * Strong sense of collaboration and teamwork; * Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to operate amid changing business dynamics. * Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel and meetings as required. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and management systems such as Salesforce, Concur, Protheus, and iOS. * English proficiency is desirable. **Do you see yourself here?** Great!
