Laboratory Manager – Testing and Certification Main responsibilities: \- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring technical control, organization, traceability, and compliance with standards \- Ensure proper preparation, review, and control of technical reports for testing and certification \- Manage and control procedures, technical instructions, records, and regulatory documents \- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal and external audits \- Establish, monitor, and analyze technical and operational performance indicators (KPIs) \- Lead, guide, and develop technical teams, promoting standardization and operational discipline \- Ensure proper use of management systems, technical controls, and performance indicators \- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory and technical processes \- Interface with internal and external departments related to testing, certification, and regulatory requirements Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Industrial Technologies, or related areas. \- Experience in regulated technical environments, such as: Laboratories Pharmaceutical or compounding industries Industrial production areas Quality control Standardized technical environments Experience with technical standards, process controls, traceability, technical reports, and audits Proven experience in people and process management Proficiency in performance indicators, control systems, and results-based management Organizational ability, critical analysis, and decision-making skills Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$10\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
