Opportunity for professional growth **About the Role** We seek a professional with a commercial and leadership profile to serve as Commercial Assistant Manager, responsible for supporting clinic management and ensuring high performance in sales and patient care results. **Main Responsibilities** * Support commercial and customer service team management * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets * Directly handle closing of dental treatments * Ensure high-quality patient care * Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, average ticket value) * Organize schedule and lead flow (WhatsApp, phone, and in-person) * Conduct team training and alignment sessions * Support commercial campaigns and lead generation initiatives **Requirements** * Experience in sales and target achievement (mandatory) * Experience in team leadership (preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Prior experience in dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, or healthcare settings is desirable **Compensation** * Market-competitive fixed salary * Performance-based variable compensation (commission and/or bonus tied to targets) **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Performance-based bonus * Opportunity for professional growth **Role Differentiator** A dynamic work environment focused on growth and professional development, where performance is recognized and valued.
