Working here means being part of a team that invests in continuous learning and strives to deliver the best to customers every day. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and guide the store team in performing daily activities. * Monitor employee performance, providing continuous feedback and focusing on results. * Ensure service quality and standardization, prioritizing excellence in customer experience. * Organize work schedules, task assignments, and support conflict resolution. * Supervise and guide the team on operational routines: organization, cleaning, product expiry dates, restocking, and product display. * Assist management in developing the team’s Training Plan and in training delivery. * Support planning and monitoring of store KPIs: revenue, average transaction value, number of customers, gross margin (COGS), inventory turnover, and losses. * Propose strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets. * Assist in report analysis, KPI tracking, and decision-making. * Operate the cash register when necessary. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication. * Leadership. * Organization. * Results orientation. * Proactivity. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** Mundo Verde – Barra Shopping. * **Work Location:** Salvador / BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week – rotating 6x1 schedule (shopping mall hours) Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Nutrition, or related fields). * Experience in results-oriented management. * Proficiency with management tools: Excel, PowerPoint, presentations, and spreadsheets. * Comfort with systems and technology. * ERP system experience preferred. * Customer service experience preferred. * Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred. * Experience presenting results (PowerPoint, Canva) preferred. * Digital marketing and CRM knowledge preferred. * Intermediate AI knowledge preferred.
