What will be my responsibilities? * Manage the store and ensure achievement of results in line with company guidelines; * Plan, organize, and control daily retail operations, including team leadership, merchandise arrangement, and inventory management; * Plan and execute sales initiatives aimed at achieving company-defined targets through people; * Develop your team through training sessions and meetings; * Ensure high-quality customer service; * And other duties inherent to the position.
