Job Summary: We are seeking a Sanitation Manager to develop commercial strategies, identify new business opportunities, and lead complex sales processes in the sector. Key Highlights: 1. Our selection processes are conducted impartially, with respect and equality prevailing. **All positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Develop a network of relationships in the sanitation sector to generate opportunities for technical-commercial proposal development for key clients in the segment; * Design and implement the commercial strategy for the Sanitation segment; * Identify and develop new business opportunities with concessionaires, public agencies, and private companies; * Lead complex sales processes, including tenders, feasibility studies for PPPs, and concessions; * Act as the focal point in high-value negotiations, ensuring profitability and technical quality; * Manage the company’s sanitation division, overseeing contract management, operational matters, and customer relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate degree/MBA preferred); * Solid technical knowledge and experience in sanitation systems, including both water supply networks and sanitary sewage systems; * Knowledge of environmental studies related to the implementation and operation of sanitation systems; * Strong network of relationships with strategic players in the sector; * Proficiency in conducting negotiations and managing long-term contracts. **Additional Information** * Health insurance (no deduction for the policyholder) * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Internal library * Total Pass * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * SESC benefits * Day off * Work model: Monday to Friday (hybrid) * Market-aligned remuneration * Numerous partnerships and discounts with educational institutions, language schools, and leisure providers * Workplace address: Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, 1327 – Vila Nova Conceição.
