Administer and interpret psychological tests and behavioral assessments Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa de São José do Rio Preto is seeking a recruiter. **Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback). * Support managers in defining candidate profiles and recruitment strategies. * Administer and interpret psychological tests and behavioral assessments. * Participate in onboarding, organizational climate, and people development initiatives. * Maintain and update databases and HR analytics reports. * Contribute to projects and continuous improvements in people management practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with **active registration at CRP**. * Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in corporate or hospital environments. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and administration of psychological tests. * Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and HR metrics is desirable. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3.500,00 * Hazard pay: R$ 360,00 * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Meal allowance: R$ 450,00 (fixed amount) \+ R$ 200,00 (attendance bonus) \+ R$150,00 (schedule compliance bonus) * BenSaúde health plan * Dental plan * Life insurance * Childcare assistance BeneValoriza Program: * Wellhub (Gympass) * Birthday Day Off * Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, legal, financial, and nutritional assistance * VidaLink * Elleve Performance \- Professional Development Platform * SESC * Discounts at partner establishments Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
