Support for clinical and administrative teams S3 Gestão em Saúde is looking for new talents to work as a **RECEPTIONIST**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for in-person and telephone attendance, providing information and delivering humanized care to patients, companions, and visitors; * Registers patients in the system, ensuring accurate entry of personal and administrative information; * Verifies documents and attendance referrals, forwarding them according to established procedures; * Organizes and manages the patient flow, ensuring order and efficiency in reception processes. * Supports clinical and administrative teams with necessary information and referrals; * Maintains an organized workplace, ensuring the reception area’s professional appearance and humanized care; * Manages office supplies inventory and requests replenishment as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education, basic knowledge of administrative routines and public service, Microsoft Office (basic level), familiarity with hospital management systems is considered a plus, attention to deadlines and organization of patient flow, familiarity with information security standards and LGPD applicable in healthcare settings. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1944,02 * Working hours: 180 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially inclusive institution, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across Brazil, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a national reference institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
