Operational professional responsible for receiving and guiding patients, scheduling appointments, managing registrations, and supporting administrative routines in a clinic or hospital.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Receive and guide patients, companions, and visitors;
* Provide information regarding appointment hours, departments, physicians, and procedures;
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages;
* Schedule appointments, exams, and procedures;
* Confirm appointment times and reschedule calendars when necessary;
* Record patient arrivals and departures;
* Register new patients in the system;
* Update personal data and health insurance information;
* Request and verify medical insurance authorizations;
* Issue service invoices and billing guides;
* Verify and organize documentation for the billing department;
* Support administrative areas as needed;
* Notify staff of patient arrivals;
* Assist in directing patients to departments such as triage, emergency, or consultation rooms.
**Requirements:*** Completed high school (Mandatory)
* Preferred: 6 months’ experience in clinical or hospital reception
* Experience with hospital management systems (Tasy, Konsist, MV) is a plus
