Job Summary: Quality Analyst responsible for managing the Integrated Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling non-conformities, audits, and continuous improvement. Work with ISO 9001 and 45001 **Quality Analyst \- Caucaia/CE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Administration, Managerial Processes, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management and Audits; * Prior experience in Quality Management Systems; * Experience in internal and external audits and document control; * Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and 45001; * Knowledge of quality tools and performance indicator management; * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Challenges:** * Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement; * Ensure control, updating, and standardization of documentation and process maps/flows; * Deploy and monitor customer requirements across internal departments; * Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits; * Handle non-conformities, deviations, complaints, corrective actions, and change control; * Develop and monitor quality indicators, reports, presentations, and management reviews; * Conduct self-assessments, checklists, and support continuous improvement plans; * Plan and deliver internal training related to the IMS and regulatory requirements; * Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen quality culture. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Discounts at partner pharmacies; * Meal Allowance: BRL 14.00/day; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (not applicable to residents of Caucaia/CE); * Wellhurb (Gympass). **Additional Information:** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48; * Address: CE\-090, 2521 \- Jardim Icarai, Caucaia \- CE, 61621\-455\.
