We value those who leverage technology, embrace challenges, and aim to build something great. *If you want to join a company undergoing continuous evolution—raising the bar and opening new opportunities—Apostou could be your next step.* **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor the iGaming platform back-office, managing player accounts, transactions, bonuses, and KYC, ensuring execution in line with policies. * Configure and maintain operational tools for CX, Fraud, and Compliance teams—including help desk, monitoring systems, KYC, chat, and telephony. * Process and resolve high-complexity operational requests escalated from customer support—account adjustments, transaction releases, bonus corrections. * Monitor real-time availability and performance of operational systems, identifying and reporting failures to the Technology team. * Execute platform configurations under guidance from Product and Compliance teams—bonus parameters, betting limits, responsible gaming settings. * Support operational KYC processes—including document verification, profile analysis, and back-office status updates. * Produce periodic operational reports—transaction volumes, pending withdrawals, open tickets—for CX, Risk, and Compliance teams. * Collaborate with the Fraud & Risk team to execute account blocks and withhold suspicious withdrawals. Support implementation and testing of new features, participating in UATs and validating configurations prior to go-live. * Identify opportunities for automation and operational process improvement to reduce manual effort. Perform transaction reconciliation and identify discrepancies between the back-office and financial reports. Support regulatory audits by providing data, reports, and operational evidence.
