Excellent oral and written communication **\*\*Opportunity to work at a partner medical clinic in Goiânia/GO\*\*** **What we are looking for:** A dynamic, committed, and responsible individual who will work in the reception area of a medical clinic. **Job Details:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday \- 8 AM to 5 PM / Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM Work Location: **Goiânia/GO.** **Your daily routine and required knowledge:** Proficiency in administrative processes using Word (editing, formatting, document and contract organization). * Proactive attitude, anticipating needs and resolving requests. * Efficiency and agility while maintaining service quality, without accumulating inappropriate tasks or performing duties outside your scope. * Punctuality, strictly adhering to entry, exit, and break return times. * Availability to work overtime whenever required by the clinic's operational needs. * Excellent oral and written communication **Sales experience is a plus.** Your daily responsibilities: Prospect and serve customers with a focus on scheduling appointments and services; Receive patients and direct them to their appointments and respective procedures; Create and register patients in our medical record system; Perform daily schedule confirmations; Collect payments from customers when necessary; Organize and file physical medical records; Send links to patients, whether for payment or pre-consultation anamnesis; Maintain a clean and organized environment.
