Description
Job Mission:
Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate, at the tactical-strategic level, all nursing services of the Emergency Department and Outpatient Clinic, ensuring integration of care workflows, patient safety, and team development, in compliance with institutional guidelines and current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Coordinate the definition, implementation, and monitoring of nursing care processes, collaborating closely with the Nursing Management through process mapping, indicator definition, and results analysis, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure strategic alignment, strengthen frontline leadership, and optimize decision-making, thereby ensuring adherence to the Strategic Plan and compliance with Quality Management System requirements, Occupational Health and Safety, Nursing Code of Ethics, Hospital Infection Control Service (SCIH), and applicable Regulatory Standards, while maintaining institutional confidentiality and the quality and safety of care.
2- Plan nursing operations for the Emergency Department and Outpatient Clinic by defining strategic objectives and annual action plans to ensure service efficiency, achievement of institutional goals, and sustainability of these areas.
3- Manage the care workflow of the Emergency Department and Outpatient Clinic through integration of referral and counter-referral protocols to optimize patient care, reduce waiting times, and ensure continuity of care.
4- Coordinate compliance with triage and risk classification processes in the Emergency Department through audits, feedback, and assurance of correct protocol application (e.g., Manchester), to ensure appropriate patient prioritization and clinical safety.
5- Coordinate response to crisis and emergency situations in the Emergency Department through contingency planning, staff training, and resource assurance to ensure intervention effectiveness and patient safety during critical moments.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN.
Completed postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Emergency and Urgent Care.
Desirable:
Hospital Management / Nursing Management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
