Work schedule with rotating shifts \- Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM and/or 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM. On Saturdays, 4 hours of work, scheduled according to roster. Please **apply only if you are available for these shifts.**
A higher education professional with technical, scientific, and human competencies; responsible for the nursing team and for promoting, preventing, and recovering individuals' health, prepared to work across all healthcare areas: clinical, administrative, and managerial.
**MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop nursing care plans and supervise continuity of patient care;
* Forecast and provide necessary human and material resources for the Examination Room;
* Supervise nursing team members' activities;
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly staff activity schedules;
* Check permanent and psychotropic materials in the unit;
* Prioritize patient care based on clinical complexity;
* Assist in anesthesia procedures when required;
* Perform urinary catheterization when necessary;
* Review laboratory test and biopsy results requested by physicians;
* Comply with the on-call unit's routine schedules;
* Receive external patients under contact isolation;
* Receive hospitalized patients with severe clinical complexity;
* Ensure environmental safety conditions for patients and the multidisciplinary team;
* Ensure proper handling of equipment;
* Maintain a safe examination environment for both patients and the multidisciplinary team;
* Accompany patients during post-procedure recovery;
* Verify cleaning and hygiene of the environment;
* Arrange equipment maintenance with relevant departments;
* Record reports in the orders and incidents logbook;
* Check expiration dates of the anesthesia/emergency trolley, replenishing materials and medications as needed;
* Prepare monthly diversity reports involving unit staff and submit them to administration;
* Schedule and monitor staff vacation rosters and arrange coverage when required;
* Receive and monitor medical certificates and arrange coverage when required;
* Report updates and challenges to the Nursing Coordinator regarding service routines and staff;
* Perform other related tasks as assigned by the clinic coordination and under supervision of the Operations Manager;
* Submit material requisitions in the system for the Central Recovery Room and emergency/anesthesia trolleys, when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$4\.750,00 \- R$5\.300,00 per month
