Your experience in management and sales will be essential to boost performance, meet revenue targets, and strengthen customer loyalty. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and train the unit’s team, ensuring high performance, alignment with Dr. Hair’s values, and a collaborative, inspiring work environment. * Strategic Unit Management: Manage the unit comprehensively—organizing internal processes, controlling inventory, managing appointment schedules, and monitoring financial results for continuous optimization. * Commercial Growth and Sales: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, set ambitious targets, and create effective promotional campaigns to achieve—and exceed—the clinic’s revenue goals. * Service Excellence: Ensure the highest quality of customer service, guaranteeing patient satisfaction and loyalty, positioning Dr. Hair as a benchmark in hair care. * Technical Knowledge and Guidance: Possess in-depth knowledge of the hair services and treatments offered by the clinic, enabling you to guide both the team and customers in selecting the most suitable options. * Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze unit performance indicators (sales, services, satisfaction), constantly seeking process and outcome improvements. * Marketing and Communications Partnership: Actively collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new customers, reinforce the Dr. Hair brand, and promote clinic services in an impactful way. * Environment Stewardship: Maintain the sales and clinical environment immaculate, welcoming, and professional. **For This Leadership Role, We Seek a Professional With:** * Proven Management Experience: A track record of success in team and sales management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or hair treatments. * Solid Hair Expertise: Technical knowledge of hair treatments is essential to advise customers and staff on available services. * Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, communicate effectively, influence others, and build a high-performing team. * Strategic and Commercial Acumen: Strong strategic and commercial vision, with unwavering focus on results, unit growth, and goal attainment. * Organization and Proactivity: Highly organized and proactive, skilled at problem-solving, implementing continuous improvements, and managing multiple priorities. * Preferred: Degree in aesthetics, cosmetology, business administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Prior experience in aesthetic clinics or hair treatment clinics.
