Job Summary: We are seeking individuals to work in the call center of a Social Assistance Service Institution, promoting donor engagement, retention, and donation regularization. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in donor acquisition events We seek individuals with interest and ability to work in the call center of a Social Assistance Service Institution with 26 years of history serving people experiencing homelessness or vulnerability. The main responsibilities of hired personnel will include: contacting donors via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels to promote engagement, retention, and donation regularization; managing donor acquisition, follow-up, and accounts receivable related to individual donations; recording donations in the system, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate information updates; performing bank reconciliation for received donations, ensuring correct identification and recording of amounts; maintaining relationships with active donors and supporting prospecting of new individual donors; participating in in-person events, initiatives, and activities focused on acquiring new donors.
