Job Summary: This position involves developing, reviewing, and monitoring the annual budget planning process, analyzing financial performance and cash flow, as well as setting financial targets and conducting detailed expense and revenue analysis. Advanced use of electronic spreadsheets and ERP systems **JOB: Financial Planning Analyst \- Campo Grande/MS \- \#1117** **Job Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and monitor the annual budget planning process, periodic forecasts, and revisions as required by the institution; Analyze the company's financial performance based on management reports, variance analyses, and comparisons between budgeted and actual figures; Monitor daily and monthly cash flow, identifying risks, trends, and capital requirements; Participate in defining financial targets and tracking economic performance indicators; Conduct detailed analyses of expenses, revenues, operating margins, costs, and relevant variances; And other duties associated with this role. **Requirements:** Proven experience in financial planning, controller functions, or financial analysis. Experience in budget development and monitoring. Experience in preparing financial reports and analyzing key performance indicators. Advanced proficiency in electronic spreadsheets. Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare-sector companies. Experience in hospital performance and cost analysis.
