Job Summary: A managerial and executive professional to implement strategic financial planning, optimize processes, and support data-driven financial decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Development of coordinators and managerial reporting. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) * Implement strategic financial planning in collaboration with business units; * Monitor and consolidate the group's cash flow; * Support and develop financial coordinators across business units; * Structure, standardize, and optimize financial processes; * Monitor performance indicators and results; * Support liability management and payment prioritization; * Develop managerial reports and dashboards (BI) jointly with IT; * Support strategic decision-making based on financial data; * Act as a liaison between senior management and coordinators. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in financial management; * Experience with cash flow, income statements (DRE), and financial analysis; * Experience leading teams; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience in structuring and improving processes; * Strong analytical capability and business acumen. **Preferred Qualifications** * ERP system knowledge (Tasy preferred); * Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar); * Knowledge of strategic planning (Balanced Scorecard - BSC); * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields; * Experience in the healthcare sector (health plans, hospitals, or clinics). **Benefits:** No benefits provided
