Cumin responsibilities include serving dishes, glasses, and cutlery; refilling beverages in glasses; and cleaning tables. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and that our guests enjoy an excellent gastronomic experience. **Detailed Description** · Prepare the dining room before guests are seated · Decorate tables with candles, napkins, tablecloths, and flowers · Place tableware, cutlery, and condiments on tables · Serve water and appetizers, such as grissini · Refill beverages in glasses and record orders · Remove soiled utensils and replace them as needed · Provide special cutlery for families with young children · Clean and reset tables after customers depart * Maintain health and safety standards in the dining room and kitchen **Job Mission:** Promote quality of life at work through various specific initiatives, aiming to maximize employee productivity and commitment. **Required Availability:** Full-time availability **PPE:** Not applicable. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related fields. **Desired Experience:** 2 years. **Mandatory Training / Knowledge:** · Knowledge of food hygiene and safety, communication skills. **Desirable Training / Knowledge:** · Customer attention, knowledge of food hygiene and safety, ability to work under pressure, customer service, adaptability, communication skills, agility and efficiency, teamwork, time management, basic nutrition knowledge.
