Interfaces with various company departments, operational costs, internal and external audits, BU (business unit) management, supports impairment testing development, monitors concession agreements, and contributes to the organization’s sustainability and growth. **Responsibilities:** * Interface with various company departments, operational costs, internal and external audits, BU (business unit) management, and support impairment testing development. * Monitor concession agreements, contributing to the organization’s sustainability and growth. * Prepare financial monitoring reports for all company departments; cash flow statements, income statements (DREs), and financial and managerial models for shareholders. * Prepare presentation materials for results reporting to executive management, as well as to stakeholders in Spain, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment across units. * Develop long-term financial models for business evaluation (IRR, NPV, Covenants) for executive management, the board of directors, shareholders, and banks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * An MBA in Controllership is a plus. * Proficiency in financial management tools and ERP systems (SAP 4/HANA preferred). * Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and Power BI development capability. * Intermediate Spanish. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Profit Sharing (PLR), Childcare Assistance, Private Pension Plan, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Corporate – São Paulo
