This person will be responsible for conducting negotiations strategically and humanely, directly contributing to credit recovery and customer retention. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct negotiations and agreements with delinquent customers via phone and digital channels; * Present viable, customized, and customer-profile-aligned payment proposals; * Renegotiate debts, restructure installments, and formalize new agreements; * Inform customers about outstanding balances, discount campaigns, and consequences of delinquency; * Issue bank slips (boletos), payment links, and PIX codes; * Update installments, contracts, and negotiation records in the system; * Record and document all interactions with customers; * Analyze customer payment profiles and history to identify regularization opportunities; * Operate in compliance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable legislation; * Suggest improvements to collections processes and initiatives to reduce delinquency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)**; * Experience in **customer service and/or collections**. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong communication and argumentation skills; * Empathy and emotional intelligence; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Resilience and results orientation; * Aptitude for negotiation and overcoming objections; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** **Availability to work in Santo Cristo – RS (Head Office)** Good to know! * **Attractive salary** * **Meal allowance (Vale Alimentação)** * **Nationwide health insurance plan** * **Commission based on recoveries and performance targets** * **Birthday Day Off** * **Collaborative, human-centered environment with real growth opportunities** *  TotalPass **Interested in this opportunity?** Submit your resume, participate in our selection process, and join the **ACERTA Success Team!** We are a company specializing in microcredit for individuals, and we believe credit can be the most powerful instrument for realizing people’s **dreams**. **We value strong relationships** and strive daily to serve our customers better by offering the most suitable solution to help\-them.
