Job Summary: Responsible for issuing and verifying product invoices, bank payment slips (boletos), and customer registration, as well as controlling and archiving fiscal documents. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in issuing and verifying import invoices 2. Knowledge of tax legislation and taxation (ICMS, CFOP, CST, NCM, DIFAL) 3. Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP; Protheus experience is a plus) Grupo Joãomed, a company with extensive experience in the importation of hospital products. Operating since 1985, Joãomed has established itself as a reference in the distribution of medical products. **Position:** **BILLING ANALYST** Issuing product invoices, verifying fiscal and tax data, reviewing invoice information such as amounts and discounts, issuing bank payment slips (boletos) for collections, registering customers, and controlling and archiving fiscal documents. **Desired Qualifications:** Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (minimum 6th semester). Experience: Knowledge of import invoices, canceling invoices**, canceling freight bills, and issuing ICMS DIFAL and ST tax guides.** Understanding of tax legislation and taxation: ICMS, CFOP, CST, NCM, GNRE, DIFAL, ICMS/ST. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP); knowledge of Protheus is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:20 PM–6:08 PM.
