We are seeking a Financial and Administrative Assistant to work in a compounding pharmacy, providing essential support for daily financial routines and administrative tasks.

**Location:** Shopping Downtown – Barra da Tijuca
**Employment Type:** On-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, either from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
We are looking for a **Financial and Administrative Assistant** to join a compounding pharmacy, delivering essential support to the finance department and day-to-day administrative demands.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform daily bank reconciliation and verify income and expense entries.
* Manage accounts payable: verify invoices, schedule payments, and record transactions in the system.
* Handle accounts receivable: track receipts from physical store, online sales, credit cards, PIX, and bank slips.
* Assist in collections and updating financial data.
* Prepare sales reports: daily/weekly/monthly revenue, average transaction value, and channel-based analysis.
* Conduct daily sales reviews by cross-referencing system data, card machines, and bank statements.
* Monitor projected and actual cash flow.
* Support monthly financial closing.
* Organize documents, contracts, and proof of payment.
* Provide administrative support to management and internal departments.
* Update spreadsheets and internal control records.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Experience in financial and administrative routines.
* Knowledge of bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Proficiency in Excel and financial spreadsheets.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Understanding of cash flow management and managerial reporting.
* Experience with compounding pharmacy systems is desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completed high school (mandatory).
* A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
* Additional courses in administrative routines, finance, Excel, or management systems are considered advantageous.
