Job Summary: Psychology professional to support recruitment and selection processes, administer psychological assessments, monitor candidate applications, and manage personnel documentation. Manage onboarding documentation and employee integration Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Experience in recruitment and selection for high-volume operational positions; * Experience administering psychological tests; Responsibilities: * Conduct the full selection process: receive and register job requisitions, invite candidates for selection, present job openings, conduct interviews, administer tests and/or application forms, facilitate group dynamics, and evaluate and score assessments and tests; * Schedule and follow up on practical tests when required; * Provide feedback to approved and rejected candidates; * Send, receive, and verify onboarding documentation; and forward it for admission medical exams and bank account setup; * Submit admission medical exams, vaccination records, and hiring authorizations to the SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Department); * Request uniforms for onboarding via the SIC system and organize distribution to employees; * Notify new employees of their start date via WhatsApp; * Request office supplies from the warehouse via the SIC or RQ system; * Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with the responsible Analyst; * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to Human Resources management; * Comply with company safety regulations and other internal policies; * Understand and implement the Integrated Management System (SGI) policy; * Follow work instructions and procedures (established standards); * Safeguard the company’s image and assets; * Monitor PCD (Persons with Disabilities) employee headcount and diversity-related strategic indicators, tracking candidate profiles to meet targets; Benefits: * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Annual performance bonus (tied to goals); * Psychological support hotline; * Discounts on Cerbras products; * Educational incentives; * Newborn layette assistance for pregnant employees; * Daycare assistance for female employees; * TotalPass.
