Job Summary: Support the quality management system, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), customer complaint management, and document filing, within a multinational healthcare supply chain management company. Support in CAPA, complaint management, and Quality documentation. **About the Client:** A mid-sized multinational company specializing in healthcare supply chain management (medical devices, consumables, in vitro diagnostics, etc.). **What You Will Do:** Support the management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in maintaining Quality Management System documents. Support customer complaint management. Create and maintain up-to-date customer and supplier registries. Assist with customer document requests. Support supplier nonconformance management. Organize Quality-related files. Support technical assistance equipment management. Process and manage purchase orders in the ERP system. **Requirements:** Completed High School education. Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology, Medical Equipment Technology, or Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical) — or related fields — is considered a plus. Experience in medical products companies, along with knowledge of medical, surgical, or laboratory materials, and familiarity with ANVISA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), is considered a plus. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
