The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for transforming operations into a structured, auditable, and scalable model, focusing on standardization, continuous improvement, and team development. Professional Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or another health-related field * Prior experience in hospitals and/or structured clinics * Experience in clinical quality management * Preferred experience in accreditation processes (ONA, Joint Commission, or similar) * Experience in process structuring, protocols, and SOPs * Experience managing clinical support teams Key Responsibilities 1\.
