**About the Position:**
The Operational Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the branch's administrative and operational routines, contributing to the organization of clinical and administrative processes related to home-based care.
This professional will support patient management, document control, follow-up on authorizations with health insurance providers, medical record organization, control of materials and medications, as well as assisting with equipment logistics and information flow between the branch and headquarters.
The position requires organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments of the company.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in registering new patients in the operational system.
* Support the registration of admissions, discharges, and other patient movements.
* Assist in preparing and submitting budgets and addenda for authorization by health insurance providers.
* Support the verification and submission of branch documents and information to the headquarters team.
* Document control and organization.
* Verify TISS forms received from external professionals and forward them to the responsible departments.
* Request and organize prescriptions, exams, and medical reports when necessary.
* Control spreadsheets and operational information.
* Assist in classifying invoices and administrative expenses.
* Logistical support and material control.
* Support for clinical workflow.
* Assist in recording materials and medications used in clinical kits.
* Support equipment and supply inventory control.

**Education:**
* Completed high school education.
**Desirable:**
* Currently pursuing a degree in: Administration, Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
**Experience and Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in **computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite**.
* Prior experience in **administrative or operational routines** will be considered an advantage.
* Familiarity with administrative or clinical management systems will be valued.
