Monitoring of KPIs and customer negotiations **Administrative Analyst** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: On-site – Fixed schedule, including weekends **Compensation**: BRL 2,948.97 \+ Variable compensation based on company performance \+ Meal Allowance (VA), Transportation Allowance \+ Internet Assistance \+ Life Insurance \+ Health Plan \+ Dental Plan **Requirements:** Experience in customer care and relationship management, with emphasis on service quality; Prior experience in customer retention and finance/credit management is desirable; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in: Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Management systems (SAP, Zendesk, CRM, RD Station); Strong numerical and analytical reasoning skills; Organized, communicative, and results-oriented profile; Familiarity with technology-driven environments and performance indicators (KPIs). **Responsibilities:** Lead the accounts receivable and customer retention team, monitoring departmental results and goals; Monitor delinquency, financial service, and ticket resolution KPIs; Supervise customer negotiations and ensure efficiency in collections and retention processes; Track and validate strategic handling approaches and service exceptions; Implement preventive and corrective actions to maintain payment compliance and customer satisfaction; Prepare performance reports and present results to leadership; Focus on operational efficiency and excellence in customer relationship management.
