We are looking for a **passionate Sommelier**, with a refined palate and excellence in service, to join us from day one and grow alongside us. ### **Responsibilities:** * Perform **wine curation** and suggest pairings with the menu. * Deliver premium customer service by presenting labels and offering unique experiences. * Organize and manage the **wine cellar inventory**. * Train staff on wine knowledge and best service practices. * Support events, tastings, and in-house activations. ### **Requirements:** * Formal education or certification in **Sommelier**. * Prior experience in restaurants, wine bars, or similar establishments. * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and passion for hospitality. * Knowledge of food-and-wine pairings and wine service. ### **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary of **R$ 3\.200,00**. * Meals provided by the restaurant during working hours. * A fresh, welcoming environment with its own distinct identity. * **Genuine growth opportunities** as the venue develops. * Active participation in shaping the Wine \& Coffee experience from launch.
