Supplier control and contract management A professional to join the expansion team, focusing on full construction project supervision. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and review **executive projects**, layouts, and 3D models, making adjustments according to construction progress; * Present projects to partners and leaders of relevant departments; * Develop **equipment projects** according to operational requirements; * Conduct **cost estimation**, construction budgeting, and scheduling; * Supervise construction projects from start to completion, ensuring compliance with designs, measurements, finishes, and defined standards; * Control suppliers, contracts, measurements, and completed services; * Organize technical documentation and cloud-based files; * Support third-party contracting processes, including scope definition, negotiation, and supervision; * Perform finalization checklists and post-construction follow-up; * Support operational improvement, renovation, and adaptation requests; * Develop projects for approval by public agencies when required. ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Architecture or Engineering**; * Experience in **construction project supervision**; * Experience with **executive projects**; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**; * Knowledge of **SketchUp**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Willingness to travel outside the Greater São Paulo area. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **commercial construction projects**; * Experience in projects for **restaurants or food service operations**; * Portfolio of executed projects. ### **Additional Information** * Employment Type: **PJ (Individual Contractor)** * Benefits: As per company policy Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Wellhub * Avus * Starbem
