Lead, develop, and engage the team through shift scheduling, feedback delivery, and training. Ensure compliance with quality, customer service, and food safety standards, etc. Previous experience as Restaurant Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Manager, or Services Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
