Handling of guests' special requests The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire hotel reservation process, optimizing occupancy and maximizing revenue (Revenue Management). He/she manages the reservations team, ensures rate and availability accuracy across digital channels (OTAs), and handles guests' special requests, playing a critical role in hotel profitability and first impressions.
