Manage the waiting queue by communicating with customers and offering hospitality options such as food, beverages, and appetizers to enhance the waiting experience. Ensure the waiting area and reception remain clean and organized both at opening and closing to properly welcome customers. Monitor activity in the dining room, bar, and patio, keeping receptionists at the restaurant entrance informed about traffic and table availability, ensuring the next customer’s request is fulfilled promptly. Previous roles as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma completed.
