Development of formal process documentation **Job Description:** \\We are seeking a professional to perform **process mapping, analysis, and improvement**, focusing on organization, standardization, and support for implementing workflows in workflow/BPM tools. This role involves direct interaction with business areas, understanding daily operational activities, and supporting the dissemination of defined processes. **Responsibilities:** \\Map existing processes ("as-is"), even when informal, and propose improvements ("to-be"); \\Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, highlighting gains in efficiency and standardization; \\Support process implementation in workflow/BPM tools, ensuring stages and control points are accurately mapped; \\Identify dependencies and interactions among departments and teams involved in processes; \\Develop formal process documentation detailing activities, responsibilities, and metrics; \\Create PowerPoint presentations for sharing, formalizing, and communicating processes; \\Monitor and record incidents and tickets related to processes; \\Prepare Excel reports for tracking and control; \\Train teams on using designed workflows and processes (automated or not). **Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** \\Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Technology or related fields; \\Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across diverse departments; \\Organizational skills and attention to detail for process documentation and monitoring; \\Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); \\**Preferred**: familiarity with process modeling tools (BPM/BPMN). **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions relevant to our business.
