




Job Summary: HR professional to support T&D, conduct R&S, analyze organizational climate, manage reports, and organize files. Key Highlights: 1. Support Training and Development programs 2. Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes 3. Assist in Organizational Climate Surveys \> Support the organization and execution of Training and Development programs, including preparation of materials, attendance tracking, delivered content, and participants; \> Conduct the Recruitment and Selection process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling tests and interviews, and coordinating with department managers; \> Update the job openings dashboard weekly, ensuring visibility and tracking of selection process status; \> Assist in administering and analyzing Organizational Climate Surveys, proposing continuous improvement actions for the company; \> Maintain and monitor HR reports and metrics, contributing analyses and action proposals aimed at improving organizational climate and culture; \> Organize and maintain HR files and documents, ensuring traceability, compliance, and quick access to information; \> Provide support during internal and external audits related to responsibilities under this role. \> Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. \> Courses related to HR/DHO daily operations are preferred.
