Sell and recommend dishes/drinks to foster customer loyalty **WAITER** Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Bar Waiter focused on customer service to join our team! **ABOUT THE POSITION** · **Format:** 100% in-person. · **Contract:** Permanent CLT. · **Schedule:** Rotating shift according to location and availability for closing. · **Location:** Tatuapé and Itaim Bibi **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** · **Salary:** R$ 2.070,51. · **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT), Meal voucher (VA Caju Card), On-site meals, Life insurance. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Greet and seat customers cordially, presenting the beverage and snack menu. · Serve customers in the dining area/bar, accurately recording orders. · Serve food and beverages, ensuring table organization and adherence to house standards. · Sell and recommend dishes and drinks, applying sales techniques to foster loyalty. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and work utensils. · Operate electronic order systems and assist with bill settlement. **REQUIREMENTS** · **Education:** Completed high school (preferred). · **Experience:** Proven experience as a waiter in bars, restaurants, or gastro-bars (mandatory). · **Skills:** Agility, strong communication, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure. · **Preferred:** Basic bar knowledge (drinks/beers) and order system familiarity. · **Experience:** Dining room service (mandatory).
