We are over 1\.800 passionate professionals sharing the same purpose: to produce happiness by connecting people with incredible flavors. **About the position** We are seeking a Business Partner to strengthen our team and support our leaders in building an environment increasingly aligned with our organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct competency-based performance evaluations; * Carry out internal surveys and monitor action plans; * Manage monthly People-area indicators; * Attend monthly meetings with leadership; * Support leaders in decision-making; * Promote and disseminate organizational culture; * Execute activities inherent to the area. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria Compensation: R$7\.500,00 \- R$8\.500,00 per month Selection question(s): * Provide your CPF number for registration. * What is your salary expectation?
