Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service at the hotel's restaurants/bars, preparation and service of beverages, and organization of the premises. Key Highlights: 1. Organization of the work area Primarily handles customer orders at the hotel's restaurants or bars, and prepares and serves beverages, cocktails, drinks, and juices; sets up the mise en place (work area) and cleans the premises; is responsible for table service in restaurants, preparing and delivering orders to customers' tables. Prior experience in customer service within the restaurant/hospitality industry is desirable. Flexibility in working hours is desirable. Permanent CLT employment, rotating schedule of 6 days on/1 day off, plus one Sunday off per month. **Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM** Participation in service charge.
