Our purpose is to simplify the financial operations of these establishments, bringing clarity, control, and profitability to businesses driving the country’s gastronomic sector. We are looking for an **External Sales Executive** to actively manage relationships with potential clients by visiting bars and restaurants, presenting our solution, and leading the entire commercial process with deep consultative engagement. **About the Role** The challenge of this position is clear: **generate new sales through a consultative sales process**, understanding the customer’s pain points and demonstrating how Easely solves real-world problems related to cash flow, accounts payable, reconciliations, income statements (DRE), and comprehensive financial management. This is not a simple sale. It is a strategic sale requiring commercial maturity, discipline, clear communication, and the ability to deliver value from the very first contact. **Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person visits to bars and restaurants within the assigned territory. * Lead consultative meetings to understand customers’ financial and operational pain points. * Present Easely’s solution clearly, concisely, and value-oriented. * Manage the sales funnel—from prospecting through to closing—using CRM. * Actively identify opportunities and build strategic relationships while working in the field. * Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations. * Ensure predictability and consistency in achieving monthly targets. **Requirements** * Prior experience in external sales (preferably B2B or consultative). * Familiarity with the bars and restaurants sector is a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. * Resilience, organization, and an investigative mindset to deeply understand customers’ problems.
