If you want to leave your mark, discover new paths, and experience a journey full of flavor, care, and learning, join us in writing the next chapters of this adventure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze performance data from delivery channels (marketplaces and proprietary channel); * Prepare reports and presentations with sales and performance metrics; * Support menu management and updates (images, descriptions, pricing); * Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns; * Contribute to optimizations aimed at increasing conversion rates and average order value; * Support operational and strategic routines of the Growth team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis; * Familiarity with performance metrics (conversion rate, average order value, CAC, ROI); * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data organization); * Comfort using digital systems and platforms; * Experience with tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, or CRM. **Additional Information** * Meal and Food Allowance (iFood Benefits Card); * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Dental Insurance; * Health Insurance. * San Paolo products; * Birthday Day Off. **This is our purpose!** San Paolo Gelato \& Café was founded in June 2012 in Fortaleza, Ceará.
