Monitor operational activities, verifying compliance with food handling, hygiene, and cleaning procedures. Monitor the availability of food (cold and hot) in restaurant display units. Participate in annual budget planning. Monitor maintenance activities through service order processing. Perform monthly closing. Set sales targets for the team. Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue. Support management in creating and innovating the existing Food & Beverage Restaurant product mix. Monitor daily sales/per capita, personal goals, and individual goals of associates. Ensure maximum efficiency in product loss control. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields. Basic Microsoft Office package proficiency. Knowledge of legislation (ANVISA), specifically related to Food and Beverages. Training in Good Practices and Food Handling. **Nice-to-have (but not mandatory) knowledge and/or experience:** Knowledge of Labor Legislation. Quality tools. First aid knowledge. Knowledge of bar and restaurant planning and administration. Contract management. Accounting report knowledge.
