Focus on continuous improvement with agile methodologies Responsible for strategically leading the Technology and Data area, ensuring IT operational efficiency, demand resolution, system evolution, and execution of projects aligned with strategic planning and the IT master plan; managing the team with a focus on high performance, promoting adoption of new technologies and innovations, administering contracts, budgets, and procurements, while ensuring effective management of systems, data, and information storage, using best development practices and agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Requirements:* Completed postgraduate degree, preferably in IT. * Experience managing cross-functional technology and innovation teams. * Knowledge of virtualization, backups, and Cloud environment configuration, software architecture. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management. * Familiarity with programming languages Java, PHP, Python, .Net, and new frameworks. * Knowledge of dashboard creation, SQL, and API.
