Beyond recruitment and closing IT and related-area positions, you will be responsible for mapping high-complexity talents, ensuring our culture is lived from the very first contact, and contributing to the continuous development of our team. If you deeply understand the tech ecosystem and enjoy managing the end-to-end employee journey, this is your place. **Responsibilities:** Manage the recruitment funnel for mid- to high-complexity IT and related-area positions; Conduct active national-level candidate sourcing (via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and manage specialized tech communities; Oversee the recruitment process; Work consultatively with clients and managers to align technical profiles and delivery expectations; Engage with clients and partners; Ensure a human-centered process, delivering timely and constructive feedback to all candidates. Conduct onboarding for new hires and lead follow-up and offboarding interviews. Plan and implement training programs, while supporting managers in executing **IDPs (Individual Development Plans)** and career management; Monitor workplace climate and support employees, ensuring alignment with our core values; Prepare metrics reports (time-to-hire, turnover, funnel) to support decision-making. Know and comply with the rules * Understand the Anti-Bribery and Compliance requirements outlined in SGI documents. * Apply these rules in daily work activities. * Act with integrity, ensuring all actions consistently comply with these guidelines. Report suspicious or irregular situations * Always report any suspicion, attempt, or actual violation of Compliance and Anti-Bribery policies. * Reporting must occur whenever there is reasonable belief that the information is true—even without absolute certainty. Know how to use the Whistleblower Channel * Be familiar with procedures for submitting notifications via the Whistleblower Channel. * Be aware of your rights, protection against retaliation, and confidentiality when making a report. * Use the channel responsibly, whenever necessary. Understand the importance of Compliance in professional performance * Recognize that adherence to Compliance practices is also part of individual performance evaluation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. * Proven track record in recruiting and selecting tech profiles (Developers, Data, Cloud, UX, etc.) is highly desirable. * Familiarity with market technology stacks, agile methodologies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Ability to manage multiple priorities across Recruitment & Selection (R&S) and DHO (Organizational Human Development) processes. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet hiring targets and deadlines. * Certifications or relevant courses in recruitment or talent management are advantageous but not mandatory. **Competencies:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to conduct detailed technical interviews and articulate complex information clearly and concisely. * Ability to build trust with high-caliber talents and demanding stakeholders. * Goal-oriented approach to hiring targets without compromising technical or cultural quality. * Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
