We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the structuring of a **Strategic PMO** in a significant transformation context, with approximately **20 critical initiatives currently underway**, offering a substantial opportunity to build governance and a management model. Key Responsibilities * Structure and implement the PMO at the portfolio level * Organize, prioritize, and provide visibility to strategic initiatives * Define and establish governance (roles, rituals, and decision-making forums) * Implement dashboards and KPIs (delivery, value, and risk) * Consolidate a unified roadmap with an integrated portfolio view * Act as a bridge between technical and executive areas * Identify bottlenecks and support data-driven decision-making ✅ Requirements * Solid experience in **Strategic PMO** or **Portfolio Management** * Experience in complex environments (10\+ concurrent projects) * Experience with governance and digital transformation scenarios * Knowledge of hybrid methodologies (**Agile \+ Waterfall**) * Proficiency in tools such as **Jira, MS Project, and Power BI** * Strong expertise in metrics and executive reporting * Experience in the financial sector will be considered a plus * Preferred Qualifications * Involvement in projects related to **AI, data, or innovation** * Experience in consulting firms or large-scale transformation programs * Certifications such as **PMP, PMI\-ACP, or SAFe** ?
