You will be responsible for ensuring contractual data integrity, compliance, governance, and operational efficiency across the entire contract journey within the technology ecosystem. You will work with systems, data integration, controls, processes, audits, and continuous improvements, serving as the technical reference in this area. Why join our team? * Collaborative environment focused on operational excellence. * Opportunity to serve as a technical reference in the area. * Active participation in process and system evolution. * Strong interaction with multiple company departments, broadening business perspective. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Serve as an expert in the contract lifecycle process, guiding junior and mid-level analysts. * Manage tasks and priorities related to the contracting workflow, ensuring clarity of objectives and deadlines. * Ensure accurate, complete, and auditable recording of all executed contracts. * Promote sound document management practices to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. * Ensure adherence to SLAs and departmental operational targets. * Train and support the team on processes, tools, methodologies, and new ways of working. * Interact with managers and partner departments for alignment, execution, and resolution of requests. * Contribute to defining and executing deliverables for departmental projects. * Identify improvements and optimizations in existing processes. * Monitor adherence to established operational standards and methodologies. * Analyze and resolve complex queries, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. * Maintain integrity of contractual data in internal systems. * Inform stakeholders about requirements and procedures for transaction processing. * Execute internal controls to prevent errors and non-conformities. * Report risks and deviations to leadership, suggesting preventive actions. * Support monthly closing and financial/operational audits. **What do we expect from you?** * Strong command of KPIs, metrics, and analytical tools. * Solid knowledge of contract lifecycle, preferably in technology or service companies. * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, Processes, or related fields. * ITIL certification (desirable). * Proven experience in similar roles within corporate environments, preferably global or matrix organizations. * Robust experience in end-to-end contract lifecycle management. * Experience analyzing KPIs and collaborating with Data Analytics teams. * Experience in audit processes, compliance, and continuous improvement. * Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, including implementation or solution enhancement. * Solid experience in contract lifecycles within technology companies, managed services, SaaS, telecom, or global environments is a plus. **What do we offer?** * Hybrid position * CLT employment model * Your own work equipment * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Home-office allowance * Health and dental insurance for you and your family * ✨ Group life insurance * Annual Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Pharmacy benefit * Totalpass (fitness center benefit) * Maternity basket and extended paternity leave * Birthday day off * Opportunity to participate in social initiatives * Education and training incentives * An inclusive work culture where, together, we achieve great things! **To understand how we handle your personal data, please access our** Recruitment Privacy Notice**.** **R\-143469** **Workplace type****:** Hybrid Working**About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30\+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100\.
