We work closely with our clients to direct their investments toward achieving optimal results. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Gather and refine requirements together with stakeholders; Specify features using structured language for testing (Gherkin); Develop and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform; Perform relational data analysis and modeling; Ensure code quality through automated testing (Selenium or similar); Develop test scripts in Python or Java; Implement CI/CD practices and continuous integration; Design projects for system development, construction, and deployment; Lead technology migration and system modernization projects; Apply UX and usability concepts in application development; Create prototypes and wireframes using tools such as Figma or Lucidchart; Document delivered services clearly and in detail; Actively participate in technical decisions, ensuring continuous system evolution. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 5 years of experience in software development; At least 4 years of experience in hard-code development; At least 2 years of experience with the OutSystems platform (mandatory); Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and the Agile Manifesto; Solid knowledge of relational data modeling and SQL; Experience with three-tier architecture, MVC pattern, and SOA; Knowledge of functional, non-functional, and agile requirements analysis; Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices; Familiarity with specification by examples techniques; Leadership and team management capability; Strong problem-solving and technical investigation skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Proactive, self-taught profile with strong self-management ability; Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science OR undergraduate degree in another field \+ IT specialization (minimum 360 hours). **INFORMATION:** Employment type to be determined; Opportunity to work on challenging projects in the public sector; Hybrid work model in Brasília/DF; Contribute to the digital transformation of an essential institution for the Federal District.
