




Job Summary: The professional will plan, execute, and coordinate all project activities, ensuring high-quality delivery while managing timelines and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in implementing processes and improving team performance. * Plan, execute, and coordinate all project activities * Ensure project delivery with quality, within agreed cost and timeline * Manage project timeline and cost * Identify and mitigate risks and conflicts * Communicate efficiently and clearly with team and leadership * Prepare executive-level status presentations * Present projects to senior leadership * Maintain tools and metrics up to date * Report project status to the portfolio manager Bachelor's degree in Project Management / Business Administration / IT / Engineering or related fields. Minimum 6 years of experience as a project or portfolio manager. Facilitation and team training skills. Experience implementing processes in projects and teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders. Critical thinking to assess team maturity and propose improvements. In addition to these requirements, the ability to adapt to diverse contexts and teams, as well as lead cultural change.
